The Board Members of FPEGF contribute an extensive and diverse array of expertise, encompassing finance and accounting, retail business, northern business operations, Indigenous economic development, and business management and leadership. This collective knowledge enables the board to provide well-rounded strategic guidance and informed decision-making, driving the organization toward sustained growth and success.

As the CEO, Fabian provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership to advance FPEGF's mission. Before FPEGF, Fabian worked in personal and business banking at the Royal Bank of Canada. He holds a Business Administration Diploma from Red River College and a B.Comm (Honours) from the University of Manitoba. Fabian’s community commitment is evident in his upcoming role on the 2024/25 Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. His past leadership roles include Chair and Vice-chair of the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (ICC). In 2023, Fabian was honoured to participate in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference.

As the COO, Adam is dedicated to supporting First Nation Entrepreneurs and Communities. Previously, he was the Director of Finance at MCA Media Group and spent over a decade at the Canada Revenue Agency in various roles. Adam also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Transcona Golf Club. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba, earned in 2008. Adam feels privileged to work at FPEGF and contribute to its important goals.

Robyn oversees the organization's financial well-being, fund reporting, accounts, and investments. She previously served as Finance Manager and Business Contribution Fund Manager at FPEGF. Robyn holds an Advanced BA in Sociology and Indigenous Studies from the University of Manitoba and a Level 3 certification in Accounting with CGA. Before FPEGF, she worked in non-profit organizations as a Fund Development Officer and Volunteer Program Administrator. Robyn enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family and pets, and attending cultural events like the symphony, opera, and ballet.

Tiffany is a member of Peguis First Nation and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba. Tiffany is dedicated to working within the Indigenous community. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, Nash, and attending country music concerts. She is proud of FPEGF’s efforts in disbursing $970,000 in COVID-19 contingency grant funding to clients in 2022.

Loans Account Manager/BCF Analyst

Eugene started working at FPEGF as the IBSP Coordinator, then as the BCF Analyst, and now as the Loans Manager. He holds a diploma in Industrial Electronics and has taken numerous business and finance courses. Eugene’s career spans over 20 years, working with small businesses and First Nations communities in Manitoba. Clients often describe him as a "life-saver" and "Eugenius." Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, curling in the Aboriginal Curling League, and serving on the board of the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce.

Clayton started working at FPEGF as a Loans Account Manager and now serves as a Business Development Officer. A member of Peguis First Nation, Clayton has over a decade of experience working with Manitoba First Nations in business and economic development roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg and a Certificate of Business Administration from Red River College Polytech. Clayton enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and supporting his sons' sports activities.

Catherine has extensive administrative experience in not-for-profit governance. Before joining FPEGF, she served as an Executive Assistant for 20 years at The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce. Catherine enjoys building her cottage home, biking, hiking, and riding ATV trails. She is a soccer fan and an avid supporter of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Go Blue!

Joanne started as a Loans Associate and later became a Loans Administrator before assuming her current role in the fall of 2022. With a background in customer service, administration, and human resources, Joanne values kindness, respect, processes, organization, and rules. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and indulging in good movies or books. Joanne believes in achieving balance by taking moments to "stop and smell the flowers."

Miranda Harper has over 15 years of lending experience. Her finance career began as a bank teller, and she quickly advanced to various roles within the banking industry. Miranda, a proud member of Norway House Cree Nation, enjoys performing as a drummer and singer in a cover band, camping, playing cards, and spending time with her family.

Lindsay has a background in administration and customer service and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Manitoba. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time outdoors, being with friends and family, and embroidery.

Celina is from Pinaymootang First Nation with Anishinaabe and Caribbean roots. She brings over 25 years in finance to FPEGF. Previously at Indigenous Services Canada, she returned to non-profit to help others and make a positive impact. Celina has supported First Nation organizations across Education, Child Welfare, and Health sectors. She holds a Business Administration diploma from Red River Polytech. In her free time, Celina enjoys family, friends, her pet, music, comedy, and traveling.
