Joanne started as a Loans Associate and later became a Loans Administrator before assuming her current role in the fall of 2022. With a background in customer service, administration, and human resources, Joanne values kindness, respect, processes, organization, and rules. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and indulging in good movies or books. Joanne believes in achieving balance by taking moments to “stop and smell the flowers.”
